  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups finely sliced cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated garlic
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup finely sliced leek (green part)
  • 1 cup mushroom (enoki)
  • 8 ounces fresh ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (black)
  • 4 tablespoons miso paste
  • 4 tablespoons finely sliced green onion (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS: Miso Noodle Soup
