Ingredients For Bread Omelette Recipe
- 3 Raw Eggs
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped Tomato (optional)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Green chilli (Finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter/ghee
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions For Bread Omelette Recipe
- Break the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper.
- Beat well until frothy and veggies are incorporated.
- Now, Heat a pan on medium flame, Add butter.
- Now, pour the beaten eggs mixture into it.
- Cook on medium flame from both the sides.
- Lower the heat, Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Place a bread slice into the pan and transfer the omelette on the bread.
