Ingredients For Bread Omelette Recipe

  • 3 Raw Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Tomato (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli (Finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter/ghee
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions For Bread Omelette Recipe

  • Break the eggs in a large bowl.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper.
  • Beat well until frothy and veggies are incorporated.

  • Now, Heat a pan on medium flame, Add butter.
  • Now, pour the beaten eggs mixture into it.
  • Cook on medium flame from both the sides.
Bread Omelette
  • Lower the heat, Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Place a bread slice into the pan and transfer the omelette on the bread.
  • Cover it with another bread slice and toast it from both sides.
